The Mississippi River floods a few times every year if everything goes according to plan. It's flooding right now. This time it's bad enough to close the riverboat casino, "The President". It's sad because I like to go look at the graffiti wall down there. If you don't know how to get around the flood, or if the water is high enough, there's no looking at that wall.
